US EMBASSY - DEVELOPMENT OF GUARD BOOTHS, CHANAKYAPURI
After successfully delivering multiple projects for U.S Embassy, We were trusted to build top quality Security Guard Booths. The structure was prefabricated fitted with all the devices required according to the protocol. This project involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we followed industry standards adequately.
DSIIDC - UPGRADATION AND REDEVELOPMENT WORKS AT PATPARGANJ INDUSTRIAL AREA, DELHI
The project was develop Boundary wall, drains and parking facilities for DSIIDC at Patparganj Industrial Area.
Estimated time for completion was 5Â months, the project was completed within time and budget. Since then Swanil Engineering Corporation has been working with DSIIDC on multiple projects.
BSES - SUBSTATIONSÂ BUILDINGS, DELHI
The project is to construct 7 nos-11Kva Electric Substations. Build up area is 11,000 sqft. It is a framed structure with combined foundations to take load of transformers and panels.  While working on this project, we were very careful about footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired.
SGT UNIVERSITY - LABORATORY CONSTRUCTION ,GURUGRAM
The project is to construct 2 Ground+ 4 stories laboratory building with complete finishing. The total build up area of the project is 15,000 sqft. At Swanil Engineering Corporation, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them every step of the way.
ROYAL SAPPHIRE PLAYSCHOOL, DELHI
It was a turnkey project and the construction area was 15000sqft which included civil, electrical, interior designing, audio video and furniture for the school. The school has received various awards and recognitions for its beautifully designed interiors. The approximate cost of work done was 120 lakhs.
RETRO-FITTING WORK AT DRDO RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX TIMARPUR, DELHI
Complete outside structure retrofitting work for G+5, G+6 and G+7 was done by Swanil Engineering Corporation. The work was very complex as retrofitting at such height requires extreme caution and expertise.
CONSTRUCTION OF LIGHT WEIGHT PRE-FABRICATED PUFF PANEL SHED
The work was executed for a private client, who wanted to cover their 10000sqft terrace with light weight structure but time was the constraint. So, use of puff panel was proposed by Swanil Engineering Corporation. The complete work including electrical installation was completed in just 6 days.
